Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory verification. kkdb aims to complete standard verification reviews within one to two business days of receiving all required documentation.

Requests submitted after 9 PM BST will be processed by 11 AM BST the following day. kkdb reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing withdrawal funds. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
All balances, transactions, bets, winnings, and bonuses on the kkdb platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kkdb does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the user when funding a local mobile wallet or bank account are the sole responsibility of the user.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. kkdb may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts with a positive balance. The fee will not reduce a dormant account balance below zero. Players will be notified by the registered mobile number before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts may be reactivated at any time by logging in and contacting support.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by kkdb are subject to these general bonus terms and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. kkdb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotional offer at any time, including during the promotional period, where there is evidence of misuse, technical error, or abuse. All bets placed on the kkdb platform are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming a wager.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the kkdb platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. kkdb reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without notice, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
A bet may be declared void by kkdb in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before reaching a point of settlement; the market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; the odds or game outcome were clearly published in error due to a technical fault; regulatory or governing-body decisions result in the retrospective reversal of a result. In the case of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the user's kkdb Wallet.
Any dispute relating to the outcome of a bet, the settlement of a market, or the result of a casino game must be raised with the kkdb support team within 72 hours of the disputed event concluding. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. kkdb's decision on all bet settlements is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 14.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to fluctuating odds and market suspension at any time. Bets accepted during a suspension or after a live event's conclusion will be voided. kkdb uses automated market management systems; however, in the event that a bet is inadvertently accepted after a key event in a match (such as a wicket, goal, or boundary), kkdb reserves the right to void such bets at its discretion.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Nothing in this clause prevents kkdb from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
